Would like to take this chance not just to recommend Animal World Vet Clinic, but also to thank them for their professionalism and initiative to assist us in our pet Snowie’s relocation to Australia. Australia is a very strict country in terms of importing of livestock and pets into their country, hence timelines as well as requirements must be fully met. As we did not engage a pet relocator, we handled all by ourselves. Without the great assistance by Dr. Elango, Dr. Brandon, the assistants and frontdesk staff, things would not have gone this smooth. They have gone beyond their scope of work to ensure Snowie’s able to relocate to Australia successfully and without complications. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! ◡̈

P.S. These are photos of Snowie being collected after her 10 days of quarantine at the centre in Melbourne, and exploring her new home in Perth! Yes, she had to take 2 flights to get to Perth.

Emily had her very first dental at the clinic today. Dr Brandon and the staff were wonderful with her. They even sent us 'before' and 'after' photos of her teeth. Overall, everyone at the clinic is very professional and caring and make us feel very at home there. Emily loves going there - which is rare, given that animals do not usually like clinics.
Thanks for taking such great care of Emily!
I deal with stray dogs mostly. And I like this clinic because the dogs I bring in . Often have never been touched by humans. So they are often skittish. At animal world I think they realize that. And nurse like iskanda. Who will not rush things. But be gentle with the dog. I feel this is important for a stray dog's first encounter with humans. He will deal with these dogs slowly and gently. So from there. Sometimes this can make a difference if the dog is rehomable. Animal world has helped me a lot with my own ava bail out more than once. I am thankful.
The love of my life, Debbie, is 15 this year.
Few years ago I brought her here with existing congenital heart issues, collapsing trachea, and persistent wheezing + hacking cough.
Her condition is now well under control, thanks to Sunny's kind advices and help, and Dr. Brandon's dedication even though I can be an extremely stubborn owner. :p
This place is truly second to none for Debbie & me.
Everyone was absolutely wonderful, the care and concern they show to Nuggets (my 16 year old dog) is remarkable. Never have I ever experienced such loving treatment in other vet clinics, one even didn't do a full examination on him and persuaded me to put him down.
Animal world even gave me a follow up call the next day to check on nugget's progress.
Truly a blessing that I discovered this clinic
Unpleasant experience with the staff Sunny with poor attitude. She sweep us off by saying "yes, our doctor signature worth $50 and if you're unhappy, u can always leave it and find other vet" and threw the paper on the table when all we wanted was to have a better understanding of what we are paying for.
Nevertheless, Dr Brandon was caring on the other hand.
Brought Doggy to AWVC while I was in the area looking for another clinic. Dr Sara did a very thorough examination for him and explained to us in detail what doggy's condition was. On surgery day, Dr Brandon and his team spared no effort in making sure Doggy's surgery was done properly and professionally. The nurses even kept me up to date on his progress while he was recovering for the night in the hospital. Thank you so much for your team's passion and dedication in what you do.
Special thanks to Dr Sara for checking out and examining doggy to give a proper diagnose.
My dog was having some problems with his hind leg for weeks. I have visited other Vet but problem not solved. I was feeling vexed till I met Dr Brandon. He is very experience and with his magical touch, my dog is jumping high and low again! Thank you so much.
