Emily had her very first dental at the clinic today. Dr Brandon and the staff were wonderful with her. They even sent us 'before' and 'after' photos of her teeth. Overall, everyone at the clinic is very professional and caring and make us feel very at home there. Emily loves going there - which is rare, given that animals do not usually like clinics.
Thanks for taking such great care of Emily!
I deal with stray dogs mostly. And I like this clinic because the dogs I bring in . Often have never been touched by humans. So they are often skittish. At animal world I think they realize that. And nurse like iskanda. Who will not rush things. But be gentle with the dog. I feel this is important for a stray dog's first encounter with humans. He will deal with these dogs slowly and gently. So from there. Sometimes this can make a difference if the dog is rehomable. Animal world has helped me a lot with my own ava bail out more than once. I am thankful.
The love of my life, Debbie, is 15 this year.
Few years ago I brought her here with existing congenital heart issues, collapsing trachea, and persistent wheezing + hacking cough.
Her condition is now well under control, thanks to Sunny's kind advices and help, and Dr. Brandon's dedication even though I can be an extremely stubborn owner. :p
This place is truly second to none for Debbie & me.
Everyone was absolutely wonderful, the care and concern they show to Nuggets (my 16 year old dog) is remarkable. Never have I ever experienced such loving treatment in other vet clinics, one even didn't do a full examination on him and persuaded me to put him down.
Animal world even gave me a follow up call the next day to check on nugget's progress.
Truly a blessing that I discovered this clinic
Unpleasant experience with the staff Sunny with poor attitude. She sweep us off by saying "yes, our doctor signature worth $50 and if you're unhappy, u can always leave it and find other vet" and threw the paper on the table when all we wanted was to have a better understanding of what we are paying for.
Nevertheless, Dr Brandon was caring on the other hand.
Jewel had heart conditions and I have been to several clinics where I always needed to explain on her conditions over and over again until I come across Animal world where the assistants and vets are very personable. Each time when I walk in, they would have recognized me or look at her records to understand jewel's medical history. Yes I no longer need to repeat myself. On top of that, they are very flexible and will bend to ensure the best experience for myself and jewel. The decisions the vet makes are always responsible and well thought out. They helped her a lot during her last days. When jewel passed on, they sent me their condolences via card/slow mail. They are a bunch of passionate people towards animal. Thumbs up!
Brought Doggy to AWVC while I was in the area looking for another clinic. Dr Sara did a very thorough examination for him and explained to us in detail what doggy's condition was. On surgery day, Dr Brandon and his team spared no effort in making sure Doggy's surgery was done properly and professionally. The nurses even kept me up to date on his progress while he was recovering for the night in the hospital. Thank you so much for your team's passion and dedication in what you do.
Special thanks to Dr Sara for checking out and examining doggy to give a proper diagnose.
My dog was having some problems with his hind leg for weeks. I have visited other Vet but problem not solved. I was feeling vexed till I met Dr Brandon. He is very experience and with his magical touch, my dog is jumping high and low again! Thank you so much.
We had Sara for 3 years already. A few weeks ago he started showing signs of iching and drinking excessive water. He also had blur vision which we knew was getting worse. Than we got help from CAS, and they recommended AWVC. Dr Eric attented to us. From the moment he started checking Sara, till we left the place, he was so patient when answering our queries and always had a smile on his face. Also.. The helpers were so skilled and professional in handling Sara, that includes Dr Eric.
No forgetting the two trainers who helped us book a grab car.
I would love to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended to us. Thank you AWVC and of course CAS!!!! Thank you so much!!
If any of you having trouble deciding which clinic to bring your furkid to, this place is definitely Highly recommeded!!!!!!!
Thanks to Dr Brandon, Dr Eric, Siva and everyone at the clinic! I had my baby CoCo spayed there and first few days, she was not feeling too well and I got worried. Called the clinic and they were patient in answering my questions. Dr Eric also personally called to find out how she was days later and gave me advice. Coco is now doing well. Thank you all for the care and concern!! Animal World Veterinary - Highly recommended!
Dr Alice Liaw and Dr Eric looked after Marco with loving care. All the staff at Animal World are fantastic especially Melvin and Sunny. Though Marco is no longer with us, we greatly appreciate the loving care showered by the staff at Animal World on Marco before he passed away.
Very friendly and responsible doctors and staff. What I would say is impressive is their personal touch. Just to name a few : doctor's advice via text messages, follow up messages/calls, birthday cards to our babies, their dedication and flexibility make them one very special and highly recommended veterinary clinic!
